Name: Cheesecake Tart with Tropical Fruits

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/8 teaspoon salt; 10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 2 tablespoons (or more) ice water; 1 large egg yolk; 1/4 cup guava jelly or crab apple jelly; 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature; 2/3 cup sugar; 1 large egg; 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 cup sour cream; 1/4 cup guava jelly or crab apple jelly; 3 small red-fleshed papayas, halved, peeled, seeded, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices; 2 kiwis, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds; 1 large ripe mango, halved, pitted, peeled, diced; 2 passion fruits, halved (optional)
