Ginger Snap

This is the drink for those who aren’t big on booze. Light, refreshing, and designed not to get you drunk, a little bit of sherry shifts canned soda into something complex and eminently sippable. It’s our new summer standby.

oz. fino or manzanilla sherry

oz. chilled ginger ale

Lemon twist (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Pour 2 oz. fino or manzanilla sherry into a wine glass, highball glass, or copper mug filled with ice. Slowly pour in 3 oz. chilled ginger ale; stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon twist.
