tablespoons St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

tablespoons blanco tequila

Ice cubes

Chilled brut Champagne

Grapefruit peel twists

    Combine first 3 ingredients in cocktail shaker; fill with ice. Cover and shake vigorously 20 times. Strain into 2 flutes. Top each with Champagne. Garnish with grapefruit twists.
