plums, cut into wedges, plus 4 wedges for garnish

ounces bourbon

4

ounces dry vermouth

ounces fresh lemon juice

1/2 ounces honey

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill plums until caramelized and lightly charred, about 1 minute per side; let cool.

    Step 2

    Muddle 2 plums in a large pitcher until coarsely mashed. Add bourbon, vermouth, lemon juice, honey, and bitters and fill pitcher with ice. Stir until outside of pitcher is frosty, about 1 minute. Strain into 4 Old Fashioned glasses filled with ice; discard solids. Garnish each with a plum wedge.
