Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour; 14 tablespoons (1 3/4 sticks) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/3 cup ice water; 1 15-ounce can pure pumpkin; 1 1/4 cups whipping cream; 3/4 cup maple sugar; 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 3 large eggs; 3 large egg whites; 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
