teaspoons fresh or bottled yuzu juice

Preparation
Vigorously shake simple syrup, lime juice, yuzu juice, and Ron Zacapa in an ice-filled cocktail shaker until outside of shaker is very cold, 20 seconds. Place a globe ice cube in a martini glass; strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a large slotted spoon into glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
