Packed lunch is hard. With camp season upon us, we wanted to come up with recipes that were appropriate for summer, without a ton of work. While these 9 recipes are meant for kids, we'd definitely bring nearly all of them to lunch ourselves. Pepperoni bread salad, anyone?

    Panzanella salads are a great way to use up the last of that loaf of crusty bread. Change it up as summer progresses by tossing in other vegetables or herbs. Just don’t skip the tomato: It helps soften the bread.
