Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Let stand, tossing occasionally, for 15 minutes so flavors can be absorbed by the potatoes. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake potatoes until golden brown, 30–35 minutes.
