Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/2 cup whipping cream; 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice; 1/8 teaspoon lemon extract; 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 1 large egg yolk beaten to blend with 3 tablespoons cold water; 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (about 3 ounces); 1/2 cup all purpose flour; 3 tablespoons (packed) golden brown sugar; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon; 3 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 1 1/2 pounds plums (about 5 large), halved, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges; 1 large egg beaten with 2 teaspoons water (for glaze)
