/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter

10-ounce bag marshmallows

/4 cup honey

/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder

cups old-fashioned oats

cup raw shelled sunflower seeds

/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

/2 cup sliced almonds
1
/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

2-ounce bag pork cracklin's (about 2 cups), large pieces crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a 13x9x2-inch pan and the back of a rubber spatula with nonstick spray. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and honey and cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Step 2
Add protein powder and stir until smooth. Off heat, fold in oats, sunflower seeds, nuts, cranberries, and pork cracklin's. Working quickly, stir to combine.
Step 3
Quickly transfer to prepared pan; press into an even layer with spatula. Let cool until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into 12 bars.
