Preparation
Heat oil in large saucepan; add onion. Sauté until golden. Add mushrooms; sauté until soft. Add Madeira, rosemary, gravy, chicken broth, and whipping cream. Simmer 5 minutes, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
