This deep maroon cocktail is cherry cola for adults but with a subtle, spicy, and not-too-sweet flavor.

oz. Lambrusco

Cherry soda (for serving)

maraschino cherry

Preparation

  1. Pour amaro and Lambrusco into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with a splash of soda, stir gently to combine, and garnish with cherry.
