In what BA Restaurant and Drinks Editor Andrew Knowlton calls "Texas's best and most diverse food city," Houston (yes, Houston!) sits Oxheart, a 31-seat restaurant where vegetables often steal the show. (In Houston!) The real selling point of this spot, though, is husband-wife team Justin Yu and Karen Man's $49 four-course menu. Knowlton ate--a lot--all over the country to put together his Hot 10 list of best new restaurants in America, and he was hard-pressed to find such quality food at a better price anywhere else. (That's why Oxheart claimed the no. 8 spot on his list.)
Want to throw a dinner party, Oxheart-style, at home? Here's how to do it:

As for how to ensure that it all runs smoothly, check out Knowlton's write-up on Oxheart, which includes tips straight from Yu and Man themselves.
