/4 English hothouse cucumber, diced (about 1 cup)

mango, peeled, diced (about 1 cup)

/4 cup plain yogurt

tablespoons thinly sliced fresh mint leaves

teaspoons honey

  1. Toss all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. DO AHEAD Raita can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
