Step 1
Pulse sesame seeds, sugar, and salt in a food processor until coarsely ground.
Step 2
Whisk mayonnaise with gochujang in a small bowl to combine.
Step 3
Serve radishes with spicy mayonnaise, sprinkled with sesame salt.
