Ingredients

ounces gin

½

ounce Aperol

½

ounce fresh lime juice

¼

Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine gin, tepache, Aperol, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with cinnamon ice. Garnish with pineapple.
