/2 pound tomatillos, husked, rinsed, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

/4 cup chopped red onion

/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

plum tomato, seeded, chopped

tablespoons minced seeded jalapeño chilies

tablespoons fresh lime juice

teaspoons sugar

garlic cloves, minced
