1/2 cups mayonnaise

/4 cup chopped fresh chives

tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

tablespoons chopped fresh basil

tablespoons white wine vinegar

garlic clove, peeled

anchovy fillet

ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled

cups mixed baby greens

Assorted uncooked vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes, bell pepper strips, and fennel slices)

Assorted lightly steamed vegetables (such as cauliflower and broccoli florets and asparagus spears)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Blend mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in processor. Add avocado; blend. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl.

    Step 2

    Place bowl of dressing on large platter. Scatter baby greens on platter around dressing. Arrange vegetables atop greens.
