Red Onion, Sour Cream, and Caviar Quesadillas

Ingredients

6–8-inch flour tortillas

tablespoons chopped red onion

6

tablespoons sour cream, divided

2

tablespoons caviar

Red onion slivers, small dill sprigs, and thin lemon slices (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Working with one at a time, toast one side of a tortilla over high heat in a large dry skillet. Place tortillas, toasted side down, on a work surface.

    Step 2

    Divide chopped onion and 4 Tbsp. sour cream between tortillas. Fold tortillas in half, then cut each into 3 wedges.

    Step 3

    Garnish quesadillas with caviar, remaining 2 Tbsp. sour cream, onion slivers, dill, and lemon.
