This rémoulade recipe is a great and more colorful substitute for traditional tartar sauce.

small shallot, finely chopped

scallion, finely chopped

tablespoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon tomato paste

cup mayonnaise

cup chopped dill pickle

teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

teaspoon chopped garlic

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

teaspoon cayenne pepper

teaspoon paprika
