Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice and shallots in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Char bell pepper directly over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Enclose in paper bag 10 minutes. Peel, seed, and cut pepper into thin strips.
Step 3
Toss greens and roasted peppers in large bowl with enough dressing to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and goat cheese.
