    Mash garlic and ¼ tsp. salt in a small bowl until a paste forms. Whisk in mayonnaise, oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    Do Ahead: Aioli can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
