ounces smoked salmon, chopped

/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

ounces cream cheese, room temperature

tablespoons chopped fresh chives

tablespoons chopped shallot

tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  1. Blend all ingredients in medium bowl. Season salmon butter with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.
