Condiments That Should Replace Heinz Ketchup at McDonald's

We love Heinz ketchup. In fact, it made our 2012 Seal of Approval. But, after former Burger King CEO Bernardo Hees took the helm at Heinz, McDonald's announced it would end its relationship with the brand. We knew BK and McD's were competitors, but we had no idea that giant food corporations operated under the High School Bro Code. (#1 You cannot take your best buddy's former flame to the prom.)

The phasing out is slow-going, so you can still squirt Heinz all over your Quarter Pounders, McNuggets, and immortal fries for a bit longer. And while it's possible the fast food chain will go with Heinz competitor Hunt's, we suggest that the Golden Arches should think outside the box and consider developing a new condiment. Maybe an Asian hot sauce to appeal to the young, hip crowd? Or a garlicky mayo? There are so many game-changing possibilities for McDonald's new condiment, and—what do you know!?—we have some ideas.
