Ingredients
Vinaigrette

tablespoons white wine vinegar

tablespoon chopped fresh chives

teaspoons Dijon mustard

tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salad
4
heads of Bibb lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

tomatoes, cut into wedges
2
tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1
tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1
tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

Preparation
vinaigrette
Step 1
Whisk vinegar, chives, and mustard in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature and rewhisk before using.

Combine all ingredients in very large bowl. Add vinaigrette and toss to coat.
