Habanero Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

large tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

cups finely chopped white onion

/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons fresh lime juice

habanero chiles or 8 serrano chiles, seeded, finely chopped

tablespoons fresh orange juice

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
