Name: Shredded Beef Salad
Yield: Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients: 1 1-pound flank steak; 1 white onion, quartered; 1 tablespoon fine sea salt; 2 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed; 4 whole black peppercorns; 1 bay leaf; 1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano; 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar; 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice; 1 tablespoon dried Mexican oregano; 1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil; 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges; 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion; 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, cored, leaves quartered crosswise; 6 radishes, thinly sliced; 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro; 2 avocados, halved, peeled, pitted, sliced; Bowl of corn tortilla chips
