Chicken- and Turkey-Free Meals for November
The month of November is for the birds—turkey, duck, goose, and so on. For now, forget about the fowl, and feast on these feather-free recipes
Chicken is usually the star of our weeknight meals. We're pretty sure that's the case for most of our readers, too: you click on our boneless, skinless chicken breast recipes more than anything else on this site. But the month of November is approaching, and we beg you: cut your poultry intake. You'll be spending so much time around Thanksgiving thinking about, prepping, and eating turkey, you might never want to see a wing or a drumstick again (okay, at least not until the Super Bowl). So get creative with beef, pasta, veggies, pork, and more in November. Then eat your turkey with reckless abandon on Thanksgiving.
