Spinach

This shabu shabu recipe makes for a great main course at dinner parties.

A mandoline, V-slicer, or other flat slicer-type tool with a sharp blade makes easy work of slicing the celery stalks thinly.

This traditional stew can be made with crab, lobster, and shrimp, or taro root and coconut milk. But all versions of the dish call for okra and, of course, callaloo leaves, thought spinach makes a great substitute.
