Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Toast hazelnuts on a small rimmed baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and slightly darkened in color, 6–8 minutes. Let cool; coarsely chop.
Step 2
Toss frisee, potatoes, and apple with mustard dressing; top with toasted hazelnuts.
